Hello, Seattle is a female fronted, five-piece alternative pop rock band based in Oneonta, NY. Their debut EP, titled Writing in Reverse, launched Hello, Seattle onto the musical scene in January of 2012. Since then, the band has established full-time members Kimberly Berg on lead vocals, Amy Maxwell on rhythm guitar and backing vocals, Frank Cicciarello on bass, Jason Psanis on keys, and Andrew Platt on drums. Together, the band crafts diverse original compositions fronted by Berg’s astounding vocal talent.
The five members recorded and released their first full-length album, “Improper Greeting,” in the summer of 2013, featuring the well-received tracks “Camouflage,” “Fire Eyes,” and single “Ghost in a Common Place.”

With a spectrum of influence ranging from Alanis Morissette to Tegan and Sara, Hello, Seattle refuses to rest within the confines of ordinary genre limitations. Alternatively, the group offers a fresh take on contemporary songwriting with impressionable hooks, unique arrangements, and rhythmic complexity. Alongside their musical creativity, Hello, Seattle presents relatable themes of love, heartbreak, and the perpetual search for meaning behind it all.
