A prolific songwriter, Jeb Barry has written over 3500 songs that roam through all styles of music.

Recently he has been writing not only for the PAWN SHOP SAINTS but also pitching his more country songs to Nashville insiders.

In late 2012 he was twice named a ‘Songwriter to Watch’ by the Nashville Songwriters Association (for the first two songs he submitted) and several of his songs have received high rating and recommendations by NSAI and ASCAP Nashville. He has also received interest from various Nashville publishers.

Jeb has also been performed his songs as such prestigious Nashville venues as the Bluebird Cafe and Commodore Grill.

Jeb first gained major label (Gary Gersh/Cindi Peters at DGC) attention in the last 1980′s and early 1990′s in the power pop group The Typicals. with Michael P. O’Neill.

After years of singer songwriter styled releases, Jeb formed the group PAWN SHOP SAINTS, which features edgy, bluegrass types of songs, but slower and darker than contemporary bluegrass. They have performed at to rave revues at such venues as Club Passim in Cambridge, Massachusetts and Club Helsinki in Hudson, New York. They have also received national airplay for their cd “”Dead Broke and Dangerous”" and also some European airplay.
